如果您有向校方請假的需求，還是可以通報，但請注意本校不負責查核您是否真的為密切接觸者，敬請您誠實通報，並於通報後自負相關責任。
通報時，電子信箱請您填寫NTU 的信箱，否則可能被其他電子郵件系統擋信，而收不到計中自動寄發的通知訊息。
Starting from Oct 14, 2022, the close contacts of a COVID positive patient are no longer required to make a report to NTU. Thank you for your cooperation.
If you need to ask for a leave on My NTU, you can still make a report. Please note that NTU is not responsible for checking whether or not you are truly a close contact of a COVID positive patient. Please make a report honestly, and take all responsibilities therefrom if any false information.
When making a report, please fill in your NTU E-mail address. If not, you may not be able to receive the automatic message generated by NTU Computer and Information Networking Center because it is blocked by other E-mail systems.
