【英語小聚】Unlocking Happiness場次內容
What does true happiness mean to you? In this class, we will explore different perspectives on happiness through the PERMA model from positive psychology. Instead of seeing happiness as only a moment of joy, we will learn that it can come from positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment. Through interactive discussions and sharing activities, we will reflect on what brings happiness to our own lives and what would value the most. We will practice speaking while discovering new ways to think about happiness and well-being.授課人
