  ● Introduction of Speaker:
  Sir Andre Geim is a distinguished physicist with a lot of curiosity and creativity, who has led to several exciting discoveries in modern physics. He is best known as one of the discoverers of graphene, a remarkable material consisting of a single layer of carbon atoms with extraordinary mechanical, thermal, and electronic properties. This breakthrough earned him the 2010 Nobel Prize in Physics, which he shared with his colleague Konstantin Novoselov. Sir Andre is also well known for his playful approach to science -- making a frog levitate with a strong magnetic field, an experiment that won him an Ig Nobel Prize! Today, through his work at the University of Manchester, he continues to push the boundaries of science and inspire new generations of researchers.

  安德烈‧蓋姆爵士是傑出的物理學家，帶來現代物理中許多令人振奮的發現。其最廣為人知的成就是發現「石墨烯」，一種僅由單層碳原子組成，強韌、並具有獨特熱與電學特性的新穎材料。這項突破使他與同事康斯坦丁‧諾沃肖洛夫共同獲得2010年諾貝爾物理學獎。蓋姆爵士也因其充滿好奇心與創造力的研究風格而聞名，曾利用強磁場讓青蛙懸浮，並因此獲得搞笑諾貝爾獎。至今他仍持續在英國曼徹斯特大學任教，致力擴展科學的疆界，並啟發新一代的科學研究人員。
