Morgan Stanley has operated in the Taiwan market for more than 25 years with a full securities branch. The Taipei office was established in 2000 and provides a full range of services, including investment banking (capital raising and M&A advisory), research, and institutional securities. Morgan Stanley facilitates transactions for both local and foreign institutional clients through its membership with the Taiwan Stock Exchange, the GreTai Securities Market and Taiwan Futures Exchange. Morgan Stanley Investment Management's funds are also distributed locally through a domestic master agent
