此次培訓將包括以下內容:
院系承辦人及國際處承辦人員分享交流，探討以下各項業務執行的實務作法與常見問題的解決策略：
- 國際學人接待
- 國際學位生之服務、輔導業務等作業流程
- 國際非學位生：非學位生系所審查、資料填報及照顧輔導等流程
- 國際引路人計畫介紹
- 大陸地區學人及非學位生入臺證業務
歡迎所有院系所國際事務人員一同參加此次活動，透過彼此的交流和學習，增進知能，並促進合作與溝通。
活動當天備有午餐。
凡參與課程者可登錄公務人員終身學習時數3小時。
This training session will cover the following topics by sharing and discussing best practices and solutions for challenges faced by departmental coordinators and staff from the International Office in handling the following tasks:
- Welcoming and assisting international scholars.
- Streamlining service and counseling workflows for international degree students.
- Managing processes for international non-degree students, such as departmental reviews, data entry, and support services.
- Learning about the International Mentorship Program.
- Understanding entry permit procedures for scholars and non-degree students from Mainland China.
All international affairs staff from colleges and departments are encouraged to participate. This training offers an opportunity to learn, share, and collaborate to improve support for international scholars and students.
By attending this Workshop, you will get practical insights and tools for improving daily operations related to international affairs.
You will also learn from other department's staffs and coworkers by inter-departmental collaboration during the Workshop, thus enhancing the efficiency and quality of services provided to international students and scholars.
