  A "New Year's Resolution" is a promise which you make to yourself to start doing something good or stop doing something bad on the first day of the year. It is a tradition common in the Western World, but can also be found in the Eastern World nowadays.
  
  Did you make any New Year's Resolutions in 2023? Do you have any idea how to make and, more importantly, keep a New Year's Resolution? Do you think change is needed in your life? Or do you find this tradition rather ridiculous? Come to this English Workshop to share what you think with the class!
