Kyung-Sun "Sunny" Kim is a Professor at the Information School (iSchool) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She previously served as the director of the iSchool.
Her research and teaching focus on: Information behavior and users, user-centered systems/services, social media use, information literacy, information equity, user experience design and evaluation.
