聲動樂團由謝韻雅（Mia）與Scott Prairie創立，兩人在紐約相遇，橫越了太平洋，落腳在台灣生根創作，再唱響到世界舞台。開放的多元文化包容態度，形塑出聲動的跨界精神和原創風格，並將臺灣在地元素融入創作中。樂曲結合傳統民族樂器，搭配人聲，創新活潑編曲，其真摯、自由的特質，跳脫形式與範疇的框架，超越時空與語言的界線，國際樂評讚譽「世界音樂舞台上最富原創性的團體之一」。
聲動是台灣極少數能在國際舞台上持續耕耘20多年，且締造亮眼佳績！受邀赴世界二十多國演出上百場，包括：澳洲墨爾本藝術節、拉丁美洲最大的Cervantino藝術節、美國甘乃迪中心等。國際知名媒體Discovery、BBC、NPR皆有專訪，也與視覺藝術、電影、時尚跨界合作。專輯三度入圍金曲獎，榮獲歐洲「One World」世界音樂專輯首獎。
