中文摘要：

本計畫「臺中海岸濕地保育軸帶鳥類監測計畫」，計畫場域位於國土生態保育綠色網絡之「臺中海岸溼地保育軸帶」內的 1436 保安林及其周邊潛在保育共生地（OECMs）。鑑於該區域目前缺乏完整且具系統性的鳥類生態基準資料，且面臨棲地破碎化與人為干擾等多重威脅，本計畫旨在建立一套標準化且可長期執行的鳥類監測機制 。主要工作項目包含：(1) 蒐集並盤點 eBird 及相關文獻之既有開放資料 ；(2) 規劃並執行鳥類監測調查，採用「臺灣繁殖鳥類大調查」之定點計數法（Point Count），於隨機抽樣的網格中每月進行調查 ；(3) 運用 R 語言及廣義加成混合模型（GAMM）分析鳥類族群變遷趨勢 。預期效益為建立鳥類物種組成與季節性變動之基準資訊、評估瀕危與關注物種狀況，並將成果上傳至生態調查資料系統，以作為未來推動生態友善農業、自然解方及保育共生地經營管理之科學依據 。

英文摘要：

This project focuses on the No. 1436 Protection Forest and its surrounding Other Effective Area-based Conservation Measures (OECMs) within the "Taichung Coastal Wetland Conservation Belt" of the Taiwan National Green Network. Addressing the lack of systematic ecological baseline data and the presence of multiple threats such as habitat fragmentation in the region, this project aims to establish a standardized and sustainable mechanism for bird monitoring. Key tasks include:(i)Data Inventory: Collate and review existing open data from platforms such as eBird and relevant literature; (ii) Field Monitoring: Implement a standardized survey methodology based on the "Taiwan Breeding Bird Survey" protocols. This involves monthly surveys using the Point Count method within randomly sampled grid cells; and (iii) Data Analysis: Analyze bird population trends and dynamics using Generalized Additive Mixed Models (GAMM) in R software. The expected benefits are to establish baseline information on bird species composition and seasonal variations, assess the status of endangered and concerned species, and upload all findings to the ecological survey database. These results will serve as a scientific basis for future management strategies regarding eco-friendly agriculture, nature-based solutions, and OECM conservation.
